The 90-Minute Meeting

We’ll share all the tools and the EOS proven process to help you experience Vision, Traction and Healthy.

  • A little about me and EOS®
  • Overview the EOS Toolbox™ and how all the tools work together

Focus Day™

  • Hitting the ceiling: Determine the obstacles that are keeping you from your goals and the Five Leadership Abilities™ that will help you break through the ceiling every time.
  • Accountability Chart™: Identify who’s responsible for what.
  • Rocks: Identify and commit to the top priorities for your company for the next 90 days.
  • Meeting Pulse™: Run meetings that increase traction, accountability, team health, and results.
  • EOS Scorecard™: Boil down all the data into a simple, smart scorecard to enable your team to keep an absolute pulse on your business and make smart, timely decisions.

Vision Building™: Day 1

Leaders need to know exactly where they’re going. Clearly defining your vision and goals is the first step in achieving them. The first portion of Vision Building™ Day 1, we review the tools implemented in Focus Day. We spend the rest of the day answers the first of The 8 Questions:

  • Core Values: Define the core values that should motivate you and your team to do your best work.
  • Core Focus™: Understand why your organization exists and what makes it unique.
  • 10-year Target™: Set a target for where you want to be in 10 years and how to get there.
  • Marketing Strategy: Discuss 4 aspects of your marketing strategy that will help you reach your goals.

Vision Building™: Day 2

We’ll continue exploring your goals and define targets that are within your reach, so that you can see immediate results. The first portion of Vision Building™ Day 2, we review the tools implemented in Focus Day and the work done in Vision Building Day 1™. We spend the rest of the day answers the rest of The 8 Questions:

  • 3-Year Picture™: Imagine your company in 3 years and put it down on paper.
  • 1-year plan: Set 3-7 key goals for this year and the metrics you need to track.
  • Quarterly rocks: Choose the goals that matter most for your company over the next 90 days.
  • Issues list: Find the issues that could stop you from hitting your 1, 3, and 10-Year Target™.

Quarterly Pulsing™

After around 90 days it’s easy to get distracted and start reverting back to old habits. Quarterly Pulsing™ builds momentum by keeping everyone focused on your vision.

  • Focus & Traction®: Refocus your team before they lose motivation.
  • Quarterly rocks: Report on last quarter’s goals and select your goals for next quarter.
  • Issue solving: Talk about issues that weren’t solved and new issues for the quarter.
  • Accountability: Clearly define everyone’s role to remove confusion and improve accountability.

Annual Planning

We spend two days a year planning for the upcoming year.

  • Review the previous year and quarter
  • Team health: Keep your team happy and committed to the company’s mission.
  • 3 Year Picture and One Year Plan: Review and update the company’s predictions for the future
  • Quarterly rocks: Report on last quarter’s goals and select your goals for next quarter.
  • Issue solving: Talk about issues that weren’t solved and new issues for the quarter.
  • Accountability: Clearly define everyone’s role to remove confusion and improve accountability.

Daniel’s Implementation Style

While the tools are the same, every implementer brings their own style to EOS implementation.  Here’s a little about my unique implementation style:

  • Let’s have fun: I believe teams do their best work when it doesn’t feel like work
  • Decide!: many times a decision is better than no decision
  • Accountability: at the root of EOS is clarity around who is doing what and being OK with talking about it
  • Direct: never afraid to talk about the elephant in the room
  • Lead by example: as you go, so go they and this applies to your implementer as well
  • Lively & energetic: energy is infectious – I work to keep the energy up and read the nonverbal cues in the room to know when it’s time to get up and move around
  • Caring: it’s at the core of my existence and why I do this
  • Speak from experience: because I’m actively involved on the leadership team of my own company that is running EOS, I can share timely and relevant stories from my experience
  • Inspiring: I inspire with stories of both triumph and failure and encourage with recognizing “progress not perfection” along your EOS journey

A System That Works

EOS® brings real results when applied consistently. To learn the system quickly and stay on track, it’s best to work with an experienced implementer. Curious if Daniel Moshe is the right fit? Read his story.
